  55.       The Color to Alpha filter makes transparent all pixels with a
  56.       selected color. An Alpha channel is created.  It will attempt to
  57.       preserve antialiasing information by using a partially
  58.       intelligent routine that replaces weak color information with
  59.       weak alpha information. In this way, areas that contain an
  60.       element of the selected color will maintain a blended appearence
  61.       with their surrounding pixels.
